An additional 11% is spent on the purchase of works under the contract.

Our team of neutral art experts carries out the selection at several levels: the fund's curators accompany the fellows and nominate candidates for consideration by the expert council. The evaluation of works takes into account the quality, content, style, consistency of creativity and achievements at the national and international levels, as well as the potential for financial and creative growth. From among thousands of artists, those that meet the foundation's goals are selected, involving a board of experts in the fields of art history, curatorship, communications, museum and gallery work, and investments.

Modern Ukrainian art is not only the historical memory and identification of an entire nation, but also an opportunity for everyone to become part of the creation of cultural heritage through paintings.

This is more a description of culture and art. If possible, we avoid talking about art from the standpoint of "picture", because the 21st century has long been about performance, video, audio, total installations, objects, architects, monuments and sculpture.
